About the event
By attending this session, you will gain an understanding of the fundamentals of working with the media and other audiences to maximize your impact and prepare for on-camera interviews.
This two-hour program is provided in an interactive meeting format and is framed to accomplish the following:
Recommend organization media policies and protocols
Provide an overview of today’s 24/7 media, as well as the role that web and social media play
Increase understanding of news reporters and editors, and how they approach their jobs, including in-person versus virtual interviews
Recognize the key attributes of an effective organization spokesperson
