Building a Board with Passion and Purpose

In this engaging two-hour workshop, nonprofit leaders will explore what it means to build and sustain a board that leads with both passion and purpose. Participants will examine the qualities of an effective, mission-driven board and learn how to cultivate a culture of philanthropy. Through guided discussion and interactive exercises, attendees will assess their current board composition, identify strategies to recruit and engage purpose-driven members, and discover ways to transform their board from transactional to transformational leadership.
